Fantastic City Stay
helpful staff useful mall
The breakfast was great. (especially the pancakes!). The staff were very cute and quite helpful. I was happy to see the hotel connected directly to the mall which was very useful.
I found the gym to be a bit of a letdown. The space is tiny and machines were sub-par. I wish it had more equipment.

My room had a very comfy mattress, ensuring restful sleep. It included a spacious bathroom with two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. There were also comfortable bathrobes and slippers available for use .

I found the staff very helpful and attentive to my needs. The room provided a comfortable stay with modern amenities. I particularly enjoyed the variety of options available during breakfast (the fresh pastries are a must-try!). The location is convenient, a short walk to the nearby shopping center, offering easy access to various shops and restaurants.
I noticed the gym, while functional, is a bit small for a hotel of this size.

My room had amazing city views from the 32nd floor. A free upgrade to a modern junior suite from my booked double room was a surprise. Everything worked, and I enjoyed my stay (it was relaxing!).
The hotel spa has an occupancy limit of eight people. This is not acceptable for a hotel this size (with potentially hundreds of guests).
