Fantastic City Stay

The breakfast was great. (especially the pancakes!). The staff were very cute and quite helpful. I was happy to see the hotel connected directly to the mall which was very useful.
I found the gym to be a bit of a letdown. The space is tiny and machines were sub-par. I wish it had more equipment.

I noticed the gym, while functional, is a bit small for a hotel of this size.

My room had amazing city views from the 32nd floor. A free upgrade to a modern junior suite from my booked double room was a surprise. Everything worked, and I enjoyed my stay (it was relaxing!).
The hotel spa has an occupancy limit of eight people. This is not acceptable for a hotel this size (with potentially hundreds of guests).
